Service model
Vikingfix24 coordinates diagnostic and repair services in Miami, Dallas, Phoenix and nearby areas. Repairs may be performed by vetted independent partner technicians who operate under agreed quality standards and conduct policies. Partner technicians are not employees of Vikingfix24.
Scheduling & same-day availability
Same-day service is offered when available and is subject to technician availability. Arrival windows may vary due to job duration, traffic, weather, and parts availability.
Diagnosis, service call fee, and estimates
Most service begins with an on-site diagnosis. A Service Call Fee of $100 may apply to cover travel, assessment, and initial diagnostics. If a repair is completed during the visit, the Service Call Fee may be applied toward the total service cost (where applicable). After diagnosis, we provide repair options and an estimate before proceeding. You can approve or decline the repair. If service cannot be performed due to conditions outside our control (for example, lack of safe access, incorrect information, or parts not available), the Service Call Fee may still apply.
Parts & OEM availability
We use quality parts. OEM parts may be used when available and appropriate. Parts availability can vary by model and supply conditions. Any part options and timelines will be explained before the repair.
Warranty
A labor warranty may be offered for up to 365 days on qualifying repairs (terms apply). Warranty coverage depends on the repair performed, operating conditions, and proper use/maintenance. Replacement parts may carry manufacturer warranties, which vary by part. If a covered issue persists, a technician may return to review the repair at no additional labor charge within the applicable labor-warranty period. This does not apply to new, unrelated issues or failures caused by misuse, power surges, or pre-existing conditions.
Limitations of service
Services are intended to restore appliance functionality through standard diagnostic and repair procedures. Certain complex procedures (such as welding, structural modifications, or electrical rewiring beyond standard appliance repair) may not be offered. Installation of new appliances may be offered only when relevant to a repair and when conditions allow.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, clear access to the appliance and accurate information about the issue and service history. For safety, service may be paused or declined if conditions are hazardous or if access is restricted.
Pre-existing conditions & liability
Vikingfix24 and partner technicians are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation by third parties, or failures caused by factors outside our control (including but not limited to manufacturer defects, prior repairs, pests, building conditions, or utility issues). We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as parts backorders, severe weather, traffic conditions, or building access restrictions.
Payments, refunds, and cancellations
Payment is due after services are performed unless otherwise agreed in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as soon as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments where applicable. If you believe a payment was charged in error, refund requests for service payments (excluding the Service Call Fee, when applicable) must be submitted within 24 hours of the service. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

“$100 off first-time customers” is a limited-time offer. Terms apply. Available to eligible first-time customers only, cannot be combined with other discounts, and typically applies to labor only unless stated otherwise during your call. A diagnostic/service call fee may apply. Eligibility and discount application will be confirmed by phone.
